Terms of Service - Good-scratch

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website and products operated by THRIVE HAVEN LTD, a company registered in England & Wales trading as Good-scratch(“we”, “us”, “our”), including Loopahand our other AI services (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

The Service

The Service provides AI tools that generate, schedule, and - where you connect a third-party account - publish social and marketing content, along with related features. AI-generated output is provided to assist you; you are responsible for reviewing it before you use or publish it.

Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
You must be 18 or over and able to enter into a contract.

Plans, tokens, and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly) through our payment processor, Stripe, and renew automatically until cancelled.
Each plan includes a monthly allowance of tokens used to generate content. You may also buy one-time token top-ups. Plan allowances refresh each billing cycle.
Prices are shown on our pricing page and may change; we will give you reasonable notice of changes affecting your renewals. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout.
You authorise us and Stripe to charge your payment method for your plan and any top-ups you purchase.

Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel at any time from your billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep access until then. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law. One-time token top-ups are non-refundable once the tokens are made available.

Acceptable use

Do not use the Service for anything unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or abusive, or to generate content that violates the rules of the platforms you publish to.
Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Service.
You retain ownership of the content you provide, and you grant us the licence needed to process, store, generate, and (at your direction) publish it in order to operate the Service.

Third-party services

The Service integrates with third parties such as Stripe (payments) and Meta/Instagram (publishing). Your use of those integrations is also governed by their respective terms, and we are not responsible for their services.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, belongs to us and our licensors. These Terms do not transfer any of our intellectual property to you.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. AI output can be inaccurate or unsuitable, and we do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose. You are responsible for how you use any output.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service or other users. You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the “last updated” date above and, for material changes, take reasonable steps to let you know. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and the courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections available to you locally.
