This Privacy Policy explains how THRIVE HAVEN LTD, a company registered in England & Wales trading as Good-scratch(“we”, “us”, “our”), collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you use our website good-scratch.com and our products, including Loopah (loopah.good-scratch.com) and our other AI services. We are the data controller for that processing.

Information we collect

Account information - your name, email address, and authentication details when you create an account or sign in (including via Google sign-in).
Content you provide - the brands, prompts, images, captions, and other material you create or upload so we can generate and schedule content for you.
Billing information - your subscription tier, token balance, and payment status. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we never receive or store your full card details.
Usage and device data - how you interact with the product, plus standard log and analytics data (IP address, browser, pages viewed) used to run and improve the service.
Communications - messages you send us for support.

How we use your information

To provide, operate, and secure the service and your account.
To generate, schedule, and (where you connect an account) publish content on your behalf.
To process payments, subscriptions, and token top-ups.

Meta / Instagram - only when you choose to connect an account so we can publish on your behalf.
